Building Regulations and Zoning Committee Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Building Regulations and Zoning Committee of the Board of Commissioners of Springfield Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday September 1, at 6:30 P.M. at the Old Central School, 161 Saxer Ave, Springfield, PA, for the purpose of hearing persons who care to be heard for, or against, the granting of the following applications:

BRZ-26-04:  Rita Senderoff and Maria Draves, are petitioning the Building Regulation/Zoning Committee, for an exception from Chapter 41-3.A of the Code of the Township of Springfield requiring fences and retaining walls to be constructed to the rear of the front lot line.  The property is in the “A” Residence District, as depicted on the Zoning Map, and known as: 100 Colonial Park Drive, Rita Senderoff & Maria Draves, Owners.

 At said hearing, the petitioner and all interested persons are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
