On Tuesday, March 8th, 2022, the Building Regulations and Zoning Committee of the Springfield Township Board of Commissioners will meet at 6:30PM at the Springfield Township Municipal Meeting (50 Powell Road). The purpose of this meeting will be to hear any persons who wish to be heard for, or against, the granting of the application detailed below.
Application: Patrick Panetta, Owner, is petitioning the Building Regulation/Zoning Committee for an exception from Chapter 41, Section 41-3.A of the Code of the Township of Springfield to install two columns on either side of the driveway with 18” high decorative walls where Township requirements prohibit walls in the front yard setback and structures within the right-of-way. The property is in the “A” Residence District, as depicted on the Zoning Map, and known as 333 Collins Drive.
At said hearing, the petitioner and all interested persons are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
