Building Regulations & Zoning Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Building Regulations and Zoning Committee of the Board of Commissioners of Springfield Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 22 at 6:30 P.M. in the Springfield Township Municipal Building, 50 Powell Road, Springfield, PA, for the purpose of hearing persons who care to be heard for, or against, the granting of the following applications:

BRZ-24-05: Nick Saraceni, Owner, is petitioning the Building Regulation/Zoning Committee, for an exception from Chapter 41, Section 41-3.A of the Code of the Township of Springfield to erect a 6’ high fence along side yard lot line abutting Midland Road of a corner lot. The property is in the “B” Residence District, as depicted on the Zoning Map, and known as: 46 Congress Avenue

BRZ-24-06: Steven Whitmore & Laura Scannapieco, Owners, are petitioning the Building Regulation/Zoning Committee, for an exception from Chapter 41, Section 41-3.A of the Code of the Township of Springfield to erect a 3’ high fence in the front yard setback. The property is in the “A” Residence District, as depicted on the Zoning Map, and known as: 1025 Edwards Drive

At said hearing, the petitioner and all interested persons are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
