Update (7/31/24) – The Planning Commission WILL meet as scheduled on Thursday, August 1, 2024

The Springfield Township Planning Commission will meet tomorrow night at 7:30 PM at the Springfield Township Building (50 Powell Road) to review a Lot Consolidation and Land Development Application submitted by the applicant, Piazza Honda Springfield, for approval consideration and recommendation.  The applicant is proposing to consolidate the existing car dealership property (780 Baltimore Pike and Woodland Avenue) with the existing vacant 794 Baltimore Pike property to provide additional parking and street frontage improvements along Baltimore Pike and a portion of Woodland Avenue.  The applicant also proposes to construct a dealership-use carwash in the northeast parking area of the existing 780 Baltimore Pike property as well as related site improvements.  Applicants and all interested parties may attend and have an opportunity to be heard.

Planning Commission meetings are held, as needed, on the first Thursday of the month at 7:30 PM at the Springfield Township Building.
