We are excited to bring you a 5-week session of Tai Chi Chih. Follow our instructor, Mary, from the YMCA, as she guides us through this gentle, repetitive, mindful movement exercise program. This program will be held at the top of the hill across from the library. No equipment is needed, but a bottle of water is highly recommended.
