Update (2/21/24): The Zoning Hearing Board WILL meet as scheduled to consider the following applications:


H-24-02: The Application of Daniel J. Wallin, owner, is seeking the following variances from the Zoning Ordinance to permit a 10’x16’ shed on the property: 1) §143-111.D and 143-111.J (3) requires a 3’ setback. 2) §143-111.J (4) limits the size of a shed to 168 SF with no wall dimension greater than 14’. 3) §143-111.J (4) requires a shed to be placed on a concrete slab. The Property is located in the “A” Residence District, as depicted on the Zoning Map, and is known as 1015 Lincoln Avenue.

ZH-24-03: Application of Vision Development and Construction Services, LLC, by their attorney, requests a Special Exception approval from the Zoning Ordinance. Pursuant to §143-53.C (5) of the ordinance, a Special Exception approval is required to use a premises as a Motor Vehicle Service Station/vehicle body repair facility. The property is located in the “E” Business and TND-3 Overlay Districts, as depicted on Zoning Map, and is known as: 134 Baltimore Pike.


Zoning Hearing Meetings are scheduled for the Fourth Thursday of the Month. However, these meetings are only held if there is business before the Board. The calendar will be updated before the meeting date to indicate whether or not the meeting will be held. Additionally, you can contact the Township Building during normal business hours to inquire about the status of the meeting.
