No physical goods are sold through the Municipal website. The website / system processes electronic applications submitted from residents, contractors and others for Municipal type licenses, permits and memberships. Other services delivered through the system may include application and payment for special event registration such as a trip to a Broadway Play or recreational type use like little league registration. There are no physical items to return. However, refunds and cancellations are available as described in the following statements of this policy and processed in accordance with Township Ordinances, State Law and / or special offer terms. Refunds and cancellation requests must be requested in writing and submitted to the Springfield Township municipal building. There are no fees to cancel, make changes to, or refund an application. There is no deadline for cancellations or change requests; requestors may cancel at any time.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or incorrect information due to a typographical error or error received from a supplier, Springfield Township has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Springfield Township reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
