Springfield Twp. Library Presents – Dracula’s Influence in the 21st Century

Bram Stoker might not have invented the vampire, but his novel Dracula certainly has played a major role in shaping our modern imagination. In this talk, we will hear what it means to be a vampire within the world of Dracula and what real-world, Victorian anxieties Dracula represents. We will also explore how Dracula is still relevant and influential in the 21st century. Registration is required.
